Head in the clouds and hands in the workshop: Nubola is a lucid dream of a sofa, the brainchild of brilliant and non-conformist designer Gaetano Pesce, radical dreamer par excellence. Airy like the best of ideas, and solid as a luxurious sofa, Nubola is the encounter between the genius of Gaetano Pesce and the artisanal wisdom of Meritalia®'s workshops, a place where craftsmen and designers join forces to find new forms of manufacturing, to challenge material limits and overcome them.
The fluffy concept behind the Nubola series is applied onto the bed's headboard, expanding in irregular clouds of non-symmetric and unpredictable capitonné. Its shape is punctuated by buttons to mark its billows, and it can then be upholstered in various materials.
